My favorite part of Rivers is the ability to build close relationships with the faculty members. I strongly suggest getting to know your teachers at Rivers; they are quite incredible people!

• What do you enjoy most about being a Rivers tour guide?
The best part about being a Rivers tour guide is the opportunity to express my passion for The Rivers school to prospective students and their families. Being a tour guide gives me an opportunity to give back to the school and express my love for Rivers to other people. Having gone through the college process, I know the importance of first impressions, and being a tour guide allows me to give prospective students the best impression of the school.
• If you could time travel to the past or future, which would you choose and why?
I would definitely travel to the future, but not too far into the future, maybe just a few years or so. I always try to live by the motto "focus on the present," and looking ahead to the future or focusing too much on the past is confusing and stressful. Fixating on and worrying about the past is something you should never do. However, I would love to jump ahead a few years to see how my future self is holding up and what I have gotten into.

• What fictional character would you bring to life if given the opportunity?
I would definitely bring Dumbledore from the Harry Potter series to life. When I was much younger, my family and I were avid Harry Potter fans, and we grew attached to many of the characters. He seems like a pretty cool and composed guy, and a casual dinner with him would be very intriguing.
