Commended students include seniors Aaron Behr, Elliot Berman, Ben DuBois, Laura Faas, Miles Gardner, Charlie Harrison, Stephanie Lie, Ben Marcus, Pooja Mirchandani, Marc Schoen, and Anna Teng.

The PSATs provide practice for the SAT and offer opportunities for student scholarships. Current seniors, who took the exam last fall, needed to score above the 96th percentile to be commended and above the 99th percentile to be semi-finalists.

While National Merit awards recognize students for their outstanding achievement on the PSAT, these outstanding students have performed so well across the disciplines throughout their entire high school careers,” says Head of Upper School Patricia Carbery. “This recognition is a tribute to their work ethic and commitment to academic excellence.”
