Come Home to Rivers!

We are so excited to welcome our extended Rivers community back to campus for an exciting Homecoming and Fall Fest on October 25 and 26.

Our celebration of fall and Rivers athletics will feature sports teams in action, including field hockey and football under the lights. Saturday will feature the family friendly interactive Barn Babies, showcasing over 30 baby animals, a pumpkin patch, a pop-up shop for the latest Rivers merchandise, and opportunities for community connections to experience the Rivers of today.

Come cheer on the Red Wings, enjoy some delicious food from Roxy’s Grilled Cheese Truck or a sweet treat from the Kona Ice Truck, and catch up with friends, Head of School Ryan S. Dahlem, and members of the Rivers professional community. We look forward to seeing you!

Get the latest Rivers gear and show your Red Wing pride! The Pop-up shop will be located at Davis Field.

Barn Babies Traveling Petting Zoo
Experience the family friendly Barn Babies! Interact with up to 30 baby animals visiting the Rivers campus on Haffenreffer Lawn.
Rain location: Haffenreffer Gymnasium
*Timed access to this interactive event will be managed by Barn Babies staff to ensure the safety of the animals and provide an optimal experience for attendees.

Pumpkin Patch and Face Painting
Stop by the Rivers pumpkin patch on Haffenreffer Lawn to decorate your very own pumpkin. Rivers students will be on site for face painting fun!
Rain location: Haffenreffer Gymnasium

3:00-4:00 p.m.
75 years of the Navoni Family
Celebrate the 75 years of the Navoni family’s deep rooted connections to Rivers classrooms, athletics, alumni community and facilities.
This event will take place in Hutton Hall.

3:00-5:00 p.m.
MPOC/BIPOC Drop-In
Visit the Multicultural Programming and Outreach Committee (MPOC) table, located next to the pop-up shop at Davis Field to grab a cider donut and connect with members of MPOC and Jenny Jun-lei Kravitz, director of institutional equity, to hear more about their work to celebrate, engage, and support the BIPOC community.
