Unpacking Racial Violence and Protest - Student Drop-In Q&A
This event is sponsored by the History Department, The Center for Civic and Community Engagement, and the Office of Diversity Equity, and Inclusion. The goals of this drop-in are twofold: 1) To learn more about the history of racial violence in this country and, 2) to offer support to those who are struggling to understand all of the feelings that have arisen in the past weeks. We have also created an anti-racism FAMILY LEARNING GUIDE designed to help families discuss some of these tough topics together. It is not required that you work through the guide in order for students to attend, but we hope you’ll engage in this work at some point.
