Tuition & Dates

Two, four, six, or eight week enrollment options are available.  Due to our bi-weekly scheduling, campers may begin only at the start of a two week session.   No single week or mid session enrollment.

Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.  Once a session is full, a waiting list will be established in the order applications are received.  

Online applications for the camp season will open in mid December.

  • Deposits

    Campers will not be enrolled until a deposit of $50 per week is received.
    Deposits can be made by credit card, check, money order, or wire transfer. Checks should be made payable to The Rivers School and mailed to:

    Deposit Policy:
    *Deposits are applied towards tuition.
    *A reduction in enrollment (after May 15th) will result in a $50 change.

  • Discounts

    8-Week Discount: If your child enrolls  for and completes eight (8) weeks at Camp Nonesuch, you will receive a 5% discount.

    Family Discount: If one child in your family attends four (4) or more weeks of Camp Nonesuch, additional children from the same family will receive $50.00 off of their tuition.

  • Early Drop Off and Late Pick-up

    AM Early Drop Off:  7:45 AM - 8:45 AM: 
          Cost per Session (2 weeks):  $150.00 
         
    PM Late Pick-Up:  4:00 PM - 6:00 PM:
          Cost per Session (2 weeks): $300.00

    We offer daily rates for AM or PM care for those not enrolled in the full session AM or PM care.  Arrangements must be made at least 24 hours in advance.  
    Cost per day: 
    AM (7:45 AM - 8:45 AM): $20.00  
    PM (4:00 PM - 6:00 PM):  $40.00


  • Child Care Expenses and Tax Credits

    Camp tuition may qualify as a child-care expense and therefore may be tax deductible. Some companies may also reimburse child care expenses as a benefit. Since Camp Nonesuch and The Rivers School Corporation cannot provide tax advice, parents/guardians should consult with their tax accountants for further information.

    Receipts are available at the end of the camp season. To obtain a receipt with our tax identification number, please contact The Rivers School Business Office at 339-686-2228.

  • Change Fees

    A reduction in enrollment after May 15th is subject to a $50.00 change fee per camper.

CIT Tuition* 
      
• Sessions 1 & 2 (4 Weeks) June 22 - July 17:

(Usual  CIT enrollment is for 4 weeks, the first 2 sessions or the last 2 sessions)
                 
• Tuition includes lunch and two snacks daily, plus all supplies.  (Additional fees are charged for Early Drop-off , Late Pick-up, and Bonfires if offered).

• A non-refundable deposit of $50.00 per camper per week is required at the time of registration and will be credited towards the camper's tuition.

• Invoices are mailed May 15th. Tuition and fees are due in full by June 1st. Campers may enroll after this time if space permits and full payment is due at the time of registration.

Discounts:
• Any camper enrolling and completing eight weeks of camp will be issued a 5%  discount. 

• If one child in a family attends four (4) or more weeks at Camp Nonesuch, additional children from the same family will receive $50.00 off of their tuition
