C.I.T.'s are important members of our community. Young people who are 14 and 15 years old by the date they attend camp are eligible to participate in our C.I.T. program. We seek talented, responsible young men and women with leadership potential who are motivated to learn and be helpful.

C.I.T.'s learn that the most effective leaders are those who lead by example. All C.I.T.'s participate in leadership training and help as counselor aids.

C.I.T.'s must attend either the 1st four or the 2nd four weeks of camp (no split sessions).

Successful completion of the program may result in an offer to join the Nonesuch staff as a counselor at the age of 18. Employment depends on our staffing needs.

C.I.T. tuition is half the normal camper tuition. No other discounts are applied to CIT accounts.
