Transportation Included in our camp tuition, we offer transportation from convenient pick-up points to and from the day camp. A Rivers Day Camp monitor accompanies each bus and helps make the ride an extension of the camp day.
Open House & Tours To sign up a first-time camper, families are invited to an on-campus information session with one of our camp directors. We offer information sessions every Saturday at 9:00 a.m. To a schedule a time, please call 339-686-2293.
Philosophy Our objective is to help develop habits, attitudes, abilities, and character traits of life-long value. It combines the development of skills in arts and crafts and sports with pure fun and adventure. The result is a happy, healthy, and beneficial summer camp experience for your child.

Staff Our staff strives to provide a happy, constructive, non-competitive, and relaxed place for the children during the summer months. The camper-staff ratio is approximately 5:1, and most of our counselors have been with the camp for many years—some even as campers themselves. All of our staff undergo a thorough screening process including CORI and SORI background checks.
Accreditation The Rivers Day Camp is a member of the American Camping Association and The American Forestry Association. The latter is an organization devoted to the conservation and development of America’s forests and related resources of soil, water, and wildlife for the good of all Americans.
Non-Discrimination Statement The Rivers Day Camp does not discriminate against campers or families on the basis of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or ethnic or national origin in the administration of its admissions policies or in any camp administered programs and activities.
