The Rivers Symphony Orchestra at The Rivers School Conservatory is a community orchestra for adults and students of all ages. RSC Director David Tierney, co-founder and former director of the Waltham Philharmonic Orchestra, directs this ensemble in weekly, Monday evening rehearsals. Principal strings chairs will be filled by teaching faculty in order to assist less experienced players as well as lead sectional rehearsals.

The Orchestra rehearses on Mondays, 7:30 - 9:15 p.m. and performs several concerts during the season. There is no fee for this ensemble. All Rivers Symphony Orchestra members will receive a 10 percent discount on lessons and classes at The Rivers School Conservatory.
