|  | Meet the Alumni and Advancement Office  Janice HicinbothemDirector of Advancement 339-686-2231 Boston University - BS Jan has served as Director of Advancement at Rivers since 1997. A Boston University graduate and parent of a Rivers alumnus, she had previously served as assistant vice-president of development at Boston University and former director of institutional advancement at Curry College. She was the recipient of Rivers’ Bergen-Decker Award in 2000, and has extensive involvement in the Wellesley community. |
 Amy DunneCoordinator of Parent Relations 339-686-2235 Muhlenberg College - BA Boston College - MEd Amy joined the Advancement Office at Rivers in the fall of 2008 as the Coordinator of Parent Relations. She manages all programs relating to current parents, grandparents, and friends, including the Parents’ League Auction, the Annual Fund, parent dinners, and other activities. Her two sons BJ and Matt are both alumni of Rivers, graduating in 2006 and 2008 respectively. Amy received a B.A. in psychology from Muhlenberg College and a M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology from Boston College. |

 Marney HupperAssociate Director of Advancement 339-686-2247 Trinity College - BA Marney came to Rivers in 2008 as Associate Director of Advancement. Marney is responsible for managing the Annual Fund and increasing alumni involvement at Rivers. She also works closely with alumni volunteer committees associated with the Alumni Council, fund raising, and reunions. Before Rivers, Marney worked at her alma mater, Groton School, and Buckingham Browne & Nichols in development. She earned her B.A. in art history from Trinity College in Hartford, CT. |
 Nicola LeiterAnnual Giving & Campaign Director 339-686-2233 Dartmouth College - BA Boston University - JD Nicola joined the Advancement Office in 2009. Prior to her time at Rivers, Nicola worked as an attorney in Boston concentrating on commercial real estate transactions. She received her B.A. in comparative literature from Dartmouth College in 2004 and a J.D. from Boston University in 2007. |
 Christine MartinDirector of Communications and Stewardship 339-686-2230 Tufts University - BS Chris serves as Director of Communications and Stewardship, managing external communications for the school including publications, the website, weekly parent e-mails, and relations with the media, as well as stewarding donors of the school’s endowed and restricted funds. She was the recipient of Rivers' Bergen-Decker Award in 2004. Chris graduated from Tufts University with a B.S. in chemistry and did basic research in nephrology at the University of Southern California and the Massachusetts General Hospital for a number of years. She volunteered extensively in the Weston community and was chair of the Weston Education Enrichment Fund Committee before joining the Rivers Development Office in 2001. |
